Disruptive actions, stress or bad life hygiene cause breaks in the aura, therefore allowing negative energies and germs to soak into the body and provoke diseases. The cleansing of the vibrations allows us to connect ourselves to extrasensory vibrations, to produce vibrations that act on living beings, situations and things. The aura shows the colors of the superego, it indicates if a person is spiritual or physical, if she has a good health or if she is sick. Everything is reflected in the aura, which is considered the mirror of the superego, or the soul. We have many bodies. Every body emits a luminous energy that we can call an aura. They surround us and can be small or large depending on the health and spiritual state of the person. Smaller the body is, bigger will be the aura. For example: the causal body is smaller that the physical body, and can have a 3 to 4 meters aura. There are many types of auras.
 
The etheric aura adopts the shape of the physical body, it is the most concentrated aura, it looks like a thick gray and blue fog, 3 cm thick. It is energetically fed by the spleen chakra.
The astral aura is around the physical and etheric body, it is also the most sensitive, it is the picture of our anxiety, love, anger, qualities, faults, fears. It is always moving and its colors are often mixed up and keep changing. The aura can change any minute. Despite all the colors it can take, the astral aura has a basic color, which only changes through longer periods of time, such as months or years.
The mental aura is wrapped around the other two auras. Its colors are yellow and blue, we can see it up to 2 meters around the body, and this is where we can find all our doubts and sad or happy thoughts. It can have an influence on the astral aura. The auras are all interlinked.
The caural aura stretches up to 3 meters out of the physical body. It is where are archived the diseases that started in other lives or in the mother’s womb; it looks like a kite because of its triangular shape, its main point directed towards the bottom of the body. When we look carefully and it accepts to reveal its secrets (it depends on the confidence level between the patient and the practitioner) it will show us scenes of our previous lives. This aura is not quite well developed for everybody, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It’s just that it has not grown yet; the person may be too young (children, teenagers). In fact, some auras may reach their maturity only near the age of 25.
The divine aura is rarely met, because it takes a very high spiritual level that is not very developed in our present times.
The christic aura is represented by a large white and gold light.
