The technique
This technique is based on feeling and visualization. Begin today the transformation of your “deeper self’’. The blocking of a chakra leads to a dysfunction of the glands and the organs, to which they are linked. It is very rare to find someone whose chakras all work perfectly, which is why it is necessary to boost them regularly with an energetic impulsion intended to harmonize them. Reiki is a very good tool to restore this harmonization, which is essential to obtain or preserve an excellent health.
The chakras are in fact transformation centers for the energy that comes from outside the body. The chakras are represented as spirals or wheels of light that are turning clockwise. They are related to the endocrine glands. Physical lack of comfort is related to a chakra’s dysfunction.
As explain ancient Indian texts, there would be more than 350 000 minor chakras, but they will hold to the main ones: 6 alongside the spinal cord and the seventh on top of the head. The chakras allow us to shake the cosmic energy (solar, yang) from the crown chakra with the terrestrial energy of the root chakra (moon, yin). Chakras are flowers opening forward beyond the physical body and their rotation allow to inhale the external universal energy in order to distribute it to the glands and organs, while the inversion of their rotation makes the energy move outside the body.
